Vännäs Fastigheter AB owns and manages industrial, public, and municipal properties.

We are also responsible for the management of jointly owned property companies. An important part of our mission is our collaboration with other municipal administrations.

Job Responsibilities

Vännäs Fastigheter will conduct operations at the outdoor pool, including swimming school.

The swimming instructor's task will be to ensure that the operation functions and that education occurs in swimming techniques and practice according to established educational methods for the different levels, together with other resources for the swimming school.

As a swimming instructor, you need to be responsible, attentive to what creates a pleasant customer experience for course participants, pedagogical in your teaching, and have good collaboration skills.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead swimming lessons for children in grades 1-5.
• Collaborate with the staff at Vännäsbadet and the swimming school organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for a committed person who has acquired knowledge in swimming techniques through personal competition and many years of training. Experience in swimming instruction with independent planning and leadership is an advantage.

Conditions

Fixed-term employment period: afternoons in week 26 & week 28, 2 weeks, approximately 30 hours.

Working hours: According to schedule based on swimming school courses.
