We are now looking for one or two teachers for the primary school in Ammarnäs, grades F-6, provided that the necessary decisions are made. The school is closely connected to nature and culture, which is reflected in the learning environment. Teaching is organized in B-form, F-3 and 4-6.

Job Responsibilities:

As a teacher, you will work with colleagues to create conditions for students' knowledge development and to achieve the goals of the curriculum and course plans. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work and work for a safe and stimulating work environment. Mentorship is included in the job responsibilities.

Your Qualities:

You have clear classroom leadership and are a positive role model. You have a good ability to collaborate and can adapt teaching to students' conditions and needs. You also have the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a strong commitment to increasing the quality of teaching to enhance students' learning. You have the ability to structure your work and take responsibility for safety and study peace in the classroom.

Competence/Qualifications - Requirements:

Licensed teacher with qualifications to teach from grade F-6. Knowledge of Sámi is an advantage.

Duration/Working Hours:

100%, Permanent employment. Start date 2025-08-13 or by agreement.

Salary:

According to agreement. The municipality applies individual salary setting.
