We are looking for a teacher with a teaching license and qualifications to teach Swedish grades 7-9. We want you to be independent in your teaching and value collaboration with colleagues to create the best conditions for the students. Previous experience working with grades 4-9 is advantageous and will be considered in the selection process.

Språkskolan is an independent preschool and primary school located in Olofsdal, Umeå, and operates as an economic association.

The primary school has about 220 students and the preschool has approximately 120 children. About 70 employees work here, and our focus is on language and communication, as well as providing children with high-quality education in a creative environment.

Job Responsibilities

The position includes teaching Swedish grades 7-9 along with planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up. The role includes mentoring responsibilities.

The position may potentially be supplemented and combined with teaching in other subjects.

Qualifications

Experience is advantageous.

Teaching license with a focus on Swedish.

Well acquainted with the school's governing documents.

License requirement: Teacher

Education requirement: University/college

Employment scope: Part-time 50%
