Description

Strandensskolan is looking for someone who, together with all the school's staff, wants to work to create the best possible environment for our students. Strandensskolan is a F-9 school with approximately 220 students and is beautifully located near illuminated trails, ski slopes, swimming pools, etc.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating work individually and together with other educators at the school according to the school's governing documents and with our goals in sight. You will conduct your own teaching and also collaborate with other educators in the organization. As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a role model for all students at the school.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching license with broad subject competence to teach grades 4-6, or an equivalent degree that qualifies for a license. To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness. It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and adolescents absorb knowledge and the different conditions for learning.
