We are looking for a licensed vocational teacher

The role involves working with classroom teaching and individual guidance for our students in the labor market training for nursing assistants. The target group generally consists of individuals who are a bit further from the labor market, so it is good if you have a special passion for these participants!

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and systematically quality-assuring and developing the teaching in a flexible learning environment based on our governing documents. You work with assessment, grading, and documentation and guide students based on individual needs and established study plans. You encourage students to participate, be creative, and show personal care. As a person, you are flexible, creative, responsible, and structured. You enjoy collaborating and value good relationships with students, colleagues, and our clients across Sweden.

Your profile

• Licensed vocational teacher in Healthcare and Social Care
• Experience and strong personal commitment to learning and developing vocational knowledge and professional identity in Healthcare and Social Care
• Good computer skills, experience in adult education, remote teaching, validation, teaching students with a native language other than Swedish, and previous leadership roles are meritorious
