We are now looking for a high school teacher qualified to teach German at Maja Beskow High School!

Your responsibilities

You will teach German, preferably in combination with another subject. Your role includes planning and conducting lessons as well as following up and assessing students' knowledge development. You will collaborate closely with colleagues regarding students' learning and development and be an active part of the team's collective work.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for driving and developing the pedagogical work based on the curriculum and the goals of the organization. The position may also include mentoring responsibilities, where you support and follow up on a group of students throughout their schooling.

The work also includes other common teaching tasks such as follow-up work, documentation, and grading.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license for German at the high school level. If you are qualified to teach additional subjects, we consider that an advantage.

You are a secure adult and a good role model. You also have the ability to connect with students, see each individual, and create a positive atmosphere.

Due to the law on suitability checks, a police record extract must be presented upon employment.
