We are looking for a licensed primary school teacher qualified to teach grades 1-3 and preferably also preschool. You should have an interest in developing the learning environment for the school's students.

In your role as a class teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and improving the teaching. The teaching is designed based on the curriculum's goals, where planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation are important cornerstones. You have positive and high expectations of the students and adapt the teaching based on each student's level, your assessment of the individual student, and with a focus on the student's best interests. You work towards an accessible school environment where alternative learning tools and documentation are a natural part of your work.

With commitment and enthusiasm, you create a safe learning environment built on mutual respect and collaboration that stimulates students to learn and take responsibility. You have good leadership both in and outside the classroom. You easily build relationships and are comfortable collaborating with students, guardians, and school staff.

As a person, you are communicative, attentive, and well-acquainted with the ethical principles for teachers, as well as having the ability to analyze and document students' abilities and knowledge. In a systematic way, you reflect on the practical work and, together with colleagues, drive development work and take joint responsibility for both your own and the group's planning and further development. You will be part of one of the school's working teams for collaboration and support.
