We are looking for someone with a burning interest in fitness and health who wants to help develop our facility in central Umeå, starting as agreed.

For this position, we are seeking someone who is used to working independently with a great deal of personal responsibility. As the head of personal training (PT), you will work on developing the product, managing daily operations, and recruiting and leading staff in their work. In the role of facility manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and functionality of your facility. You will work with customer care and development of the facility. To some extent, you will also be reaching out to companies in the local area. The work primarily takes place on weekdays with one to two evenings as regular working hours. Since the work is performed at several of our facilities, a driver's license and access to your own car are required.

-Customer Care

-Sales

-Personal Training

-Group Training

Relevant PT education is a requirement for the position.

Tenton Gym, with over 43 years in the industry, is one of the oldest gyms in Sweden with the same owners. Brothers Ola and Stefan have owned and developed the company since 1982, and the company currently consists of six facilities in Umeå.
