Yrkesgymnasiet Skellefteå is primarily seeking a certified vocational teacher for the Industrial Technology program, but those with at least five years of industry experience are also welcome to apply.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher qualified to teach vocational courses in the Industrial Technology program, or has at least five years of industry experience and a strong drive to teach and mentor students.
• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge between school, students, and the business community.
• Has a valid driver's license and preferably access to a personal vehicle.
• Has the ability to work independently while being team-oriented and collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future careers.

Qualifications

A teaching degree or extensive experience in the industry and a desire to inspire and develop the next generation of welders. A teaching certification and pedagogical experience are desirable but not required.
