JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as a teacher of German and Physical Education at Lerbergsskolan for grades 6-9 with an approximate distribution of 50/50 (Physical Education may be from grade 4). You will be part of a work team where you are expected to actively participate in the collective work moving forward. Together with other educators, you will be responsible for developing the operations so that every student is given the best possible conditions for development and learning. Mentorship is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is qualified to teach German and Physical Education
• is confident in your teaching role and a clear leader
• is comfortable using the school's governing documents as a basis for planning lessons.
• has the ability to meet students with different support needs within the framework of teaching
• can create trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues and fosters a good study atmosphere
• can work both independently and collaboratively with others and has good leadership both in and outside the classroom

As a person, you are creative and attentive, have a positive attitude, and possess a good ability to inspire and motivate students to learn. You have good collaboration and communication skills. Your work is characterized by curiosity and relationship-building, and you have the ability to work in a team with the student at the center and a constant focus on knowledge.
