About the workplace

As an investigator, you will work within the municipal management administration, where we drive development and quality in the entire municipality's operations. Here you will find an engaged team with broad expertise. You will work in a central role with assignments that span several areas – from strategic investigations to support in decision-making processes.

Your tasks

In the role of investigator, you will have a broad and varied assignment. You will, among other things:

• Conduct municipality-wide investigations in various subject areas.
• Process cases for the municipal executive board and municipal council, such as responding to referrals from the government and other authorities.
• Provide support to other administrators in the municipality regarding investigations, methods, and processes. For example, respond to Håbo proposals, motions, referrals from the government, and other authorities.
• Collect, compile, analyze, draw conclusions, and present both quantitative and qualitative material.
• Participate in conducting training for administrators in the municipality and present cases for elected officials and civil servants.

Qualifications

University degree in political science, social science, law, or another background that the employer assesses as equivalent. Previous experience in conducting organization-wide investigations and using various investigative methods. Familiarity with presenting material clearly and pedagogically, both in writing and orally.

Experience working within municipal executive administration is desirable.
