At HMB Construction in Örebro, our projects consist of both renovations and new constructions. We have employees who enjoy their work and stay with us for a long time; here you will have the opportunity to work with skilled craftsmen who have a genuine interest in the company and the projects.

About the role

As a site manager with us, you will lead our craftsmen in traditional construction. We have employees who are engaged and are happy to contribute with insights and expertise in material and method choices, making your work as a site manager stimulating and enjoyable. Your task is to plan, distribute, and lead the daily work for both your own staff and subcontractors. You will ensure and follow up that time and delivery schedules are adhered to and will be responsible for ordering materials for the projects. You will communicate daily with the site manager and craftsmen and will be involved in daily problem-solving, both regarding construction technical issues and coordination on the construction site.

Who are you?

We see that you have several years of experience working as a site manager in the construction industry and that you have knowledge of construction production. A B driver's license and good Swedish in both speech and writing are required for the position. If you have training in leadership and/or work environment, we consider it an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have technical education in construction.

As a person, you are secure and stable with the ability to make clear decisions. You have experience and are good at building and leading well-functioning work teams. You are an organized person with a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy being both on the construction site and in the office, and you like to balance hands-on presence in production with administrative tasks. Furthermore, you are a team player with good collaboration skills.
