Job Description: We are looking for an experienced electronics designer for assignments in both digital design for signal and image processing as well as analog design. Your tasks will include everything from requirements management to development until the final product. You will also have good opportunities to choose direction based on your area of interest, with a clear focus on ensuring that the products have high reliability and, above all, function in demanding environments with significant mechanical stress and varying temperatures. The department you will belong to is responsible for the electronics design for all products with electronic content. Here, in addition to taking on electronics design for missile systems, you will work with civil applications in areas such as surveillance and security. The work is project-based, and you will have extensive contacts with other technical areas such as systems, mechanics, and software. Genuine knowledge in the field of electronics is required for the role.

The work includes:

• Electronics design - analog and digital
• FPGA design
• Analysis and problem-solving
• Interpretation and breakdown of requirements
• Support during testing and verification
• Specifications, design descriptions, and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics or equivalent
• Several years of experience in hardware design – analog and digital
• Practical engineer in systems technology, electronics, and measurement technology
• Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise tools for electronics design and simulation
• Experience with languages for programmable circuit design (VHDL)
• Experience with hardware-near programming (C/C++)

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions with security classification requirements, this may entail citizenship requirements.
