Your New Job

In the role of Service Leader, you will be responsible for service assignments, from planning to delivery. You will work closely with our employees and create conditions for them to succeed in their tasks. We all work with freedom under responsibility. Not every day may go as we want, and there can be quick changes, but we do it together and welcome you to a teamwork where we collectively tackle our tasks.

In this role, you will have close contacts with our customers, primarily located in the Björkborn industrial area in Karlskoga, where we also have our office. However, we take assignments throughout Sweden. We are often entrusted to carry out complex assignments within the pharmaceutical, explosive, food, and chemical industries, which places high demands on our competence and safe working methods. More concretely, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for quotes, results, and execution of projects.
• Ensure that our employees have the right conditions to perform safe work
• Lead and engage employees and contribute to a pleasant work environment
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Work with purchasing, resource planning, and quality and work environment efforts.
• Perform final inspections at customer sites

You will report continuously to the Branch Manager and be involved in our improvement work. We have a solid introduction and a systematic work environment effort that supports our zero vision regarding work injuries, and that we all should return home safe after a workday.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with a technical education in HVAC and a solid interest in service. You have several years of experience in service operations, preferably in a leading role. We see that you bring:

• Good understanding of project economics and a business-minded attitude
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, so that you can benefit from the introduction and communicate with both internal and external contacts
• A good level of digital maturity
• You must be a Swedish citizen as we operate in a security-classified area
• A valid driver's license (B) is required

A project management education, economics education, and welding skills are meritorious, as well as Bas-P and Bas-U.

As a person, you are driven, results-oriented, and constantly strive to achieve both short- and long-term goals. You are a communicative and social team player who can lead yourself and your team to the next level and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the workgroup. Your work is structured, and you thrive in an orderly environment.
