The Infrakraft Group is growing, and we need to expand! By 2025, we at Infrakraft will have launched our largest project ever. It is the E3 section between Hallsberg-Stenkumla that we will carry out on behalf of the Swedish Transport Administration. The project includes, among other things, earthworks for 14 km of double track, of which 12 km is new construction. It also includes the construction of two parallel tunnels, each 2.4 km long, about ten bridges, and smaller BEST works. We are currently in the planning phase, but when the project is in full swing, we expect to have about 40 engaged and competent officials from Infrakraft who, together with our skilled workers, machine operators, subcontractors, and suppliers, will drive a successful project. The project is expected to be completed by 2030.

About the position Site Manager for Earthworks The role of Site Manager with us suits you who are passionate about actively contributing to the project's technical and economic implementation and leading and distributing the ongoing work accordingly. As a site manager, you are expected to be involved and work closely with the project management to drive your part of the project and operations forward. You are responsible for leading your team and ensuring a good working environment while collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and authorities.

We are looking for someone who has been in the field for a few years and therefore feels secure in the role of site manager. If you have also managed water and sewage projects and have worked in a railway environment before, that is a plus.

About the position Construction Engineer As a Construction Engineer with us, you will work closely with production and support the site manager regarding technical issues, contract administration, financial follow-up, calculations, scheduling, purchasing, work management, quality, environment, and occupational health and safety issues. The role also includes participating in construction and production meetings, maintaining contact with clients, and participating in project closure and handover. As a Construction Engineer with us, you should be both flexible and decisive, with the ability to work independently while maintaining a structured approach. The role also requires good collaboration skills and an appreciation for building and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally.

We are looking for two Construction Engineers with a few years of experience in a similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure. If you have also worked with the Swedish Transport Administration as a client before, we see that as an advantage.

About the position Survey Technician As a Survey Technician with us, you will work together with the survey manager and the other members of the survey team to be responsible for all surveying work in the project. You will also assist in developing models and in regulatory matters.

We are looking for two Survey Technicians who have a few years of experience in a similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure, and if you are used to working with the Swedish Transport Administration and in a railway environment, that is a plus.

Requirements Profile To be successful in the role you are interested in, we prefer that you have relevant education for the role or equivalent competence, and preferably several years of experience in the relevant industry. To thrive with us - regardless of role - you are driven, flexible, decisive, and solution-oriented. You are a positive and enterprising person who easily builds trust and enjoys working in a team.

You should also be proficient in Swedish and English and have a B driver's license. Travel for work and work in other locations may occur.
