We are now looking for a Property Project Manager. The property project unit works closely with all administrations and external actors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a property project manager, you are expected to take responsibility for leading, driving, monitoring, following up, and ensuring the quality of property projects decided by the politicians.

This includes working with procurement, strategic planning, financial follow-up, and reconciliation with the manager based on allocated funds. You will drive and complete the design of property projects.

The project manager also drives the work of creating contracts and governing documents. You are responsible for and have a leading role in the preparation of tender documents for project procurement.

As a property project manager, you are expected to take significant personal responsibility for driving processes forward in your assigned projects with the support of your immediate manager and others in the organization.

The workgroup consists of individuals with different backgrounds and competencies, which is the group's strength.

As a project manager, you are good at prioritizing and working in a structured manner, you are solution-oriented, take initiative, and achieve results. You have a good ability to lead others, collaborate, and create good relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in engineering in fields such as construction, civil engineering, or installation, or another similar education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

You may also have worked in the construction contracting industry.

If you have worked for several years with financial management and/or had financial responsibility and have good knowledge of the community planning process, and good knowledge of project economics, this may compensate for the educational requirement.

Since clear and precise documentation and communication are required, it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you have project management training at the university level, have worked with property management, or other areas within property that the employer assesses as equivalent.

It is also advantageous if you have previous experience in:

• working in or near a politically governed organization
• project management in new or renovation projects
• knowledge of construction technology
• good computer skills with industry-specific systems
• Category B driving license, as you may need to travel between different projects on the same day
