As a project manager for our land, road, and construction works in Örebro, you are responsible for leading and developing your team consisting of site managers, foremen, survey technicians, project engineers, and skilled workers. You lead by creating engagement and supporting your team in a way that ensures projects are carried out safely and within set time, quality, and cost frameworks. You have support functions and specialists who, together with you and your colleagues, ensure that the projects are executed in the best possible way.  

You are involved at an early stage, handling customer contacts and upselling in ongoing projects, and are responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are met. All projects are carried out in accordance with NCC's values, policies, laws, and agreements.  

You are part of the management team for Örebro & Södermanland and report to our production manager. We have regular meetings and other forums where you have the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues as well as a “battery” of various training courses. 

You have experience acting in a leadership role and have experience in production-related roles within the construction sector or from the client side. You have a technical education in construction and/or equivalent experience, as well as good knowledge of contract law and economics. 

You are driven by making good business and therefore understand the importance of building good customer relationships so that you can create successful projects together. You have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and dare to make decisions under pressure. 

As a person, you have a coaching leadership style where you are confident in leading and distributing work. You are driven and have the ability to get the group on board so that you achieve set goals. Structure and planning for both the short and long term are prerequisites for you to manage several parallel projects. 

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. 

• The position is a permanent employment with placement in Örebro. 
•  A valid B driver's license is required.
