Your responsibilities

We are now looking for you who can work as a summer substitute in varying degrees of employment. As a personal assistant, the work varies depending on which member you are working with. We have members of all ages with different disabilities. Examples of tasks include assisting with personal hygiene, transfers, leisure activities, driving, cooking, cleaning, etc. You should be able to work at irregular hours; day, evening, night, around the clock, and weekends. We are currently seeking personal assistants for several workplaces in various locations around Kristianstad, Ängelholm, Hässleholm, Osby, and more.

About you:

We are looking for you who can work as a summer substitute. It is important that you specify:

- your interests

- the times you can work

- preferences for working hours: day, evening, night, round-the-clock shifts

- if you are allergic to animals or anything else significant

- if you have a driver's license

- if you have access to a car or rely on public transport

- how far from your home you are willing to work

- which age groups you are comfortable working with

- if you prefer to work with a man or a woman

Salary, compensation, and benefits.

A collective agreement exists between Fremia and the union.
