The Administrative Court in Malmö is one of Sweden's largest courts and one of the country's four migration courts. The Administrative Court is a general administrative court that primarily resolves disputes between individuals and state or municipal authorities.
The Administrative Court handles approximately 450 different types of cases. The most common types of cases include migration cases, tax cases, social insurance cases, cases under the Social Services Act, cases regarding administrative coercive measures, driving license cases, public procurement cases, and cases concerning delay claims. Additionally, there are cases regarding legality reviews under the Local Government Act and various licensing cases. A significant number of cases have EU legal connections.
The Administrative Court has about 300 employees working in modern premises in a newly built court building at Malmö Central Station. The court is characterized by an open and pleasant working environment. The Administrative Court strives for diversity among its staff in terms of age, gender, and cultural background. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop and be challenged in your work. We apply flexible working hours or trust-based working time and offer up to 35 vacation days depending on your age. There is also the possibility to enter into individual agreements, for example, regarding remote work. The Administrative Court is a workplace where you make a difference every day!
Job Responsibilities
As an HR administrator, you will work alongside colleagues in the HR and administration unit. In your work, you will have ongoing contacts with the court's employees, lay judges, and also some of the court's suppliers.
You will be offered varied and interesting tasks in a socially important organization with a fast pace. As part of the court's HR function, you will also work in other areas for which the function is responsible. This may include participating in the introduction of new employees, the court's wellness initiatives, planning of skills development efforts, as well as employee engagement activities and other recurring issues. Furthermore, it also includes coordinating and providing training for new lay judges.
The work is independent, and several different tasks are handled simultaneously. Other tasks managed within the unit are also part of the work, such as recruitment administration and handling of appointments. Since we are a small team, it is a given that we help each other, especially during absences and work peaks. This means that you will gradually learn more tasks.
