The position is a permanent employment, full-time (daytime 07.00 - 15.30 with flexible hours) and you will be employed by VA SYD. 

VA SYD conducts socially important activities and therefore places high demands on security and confidentiality awareness among our employees. Some of our positions are security classified,

which means that you as an applicant may need to undergo a security review before employment in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585). Some of our positions 

may also involve military placement. 

Responsibilities

In this position, you will primarily work with customer-related matters and serve customers and plumbing companies by closing and opening service valves and changing water meters.

You will have close cooperation with our colleagues in the operational units of the Distribution Department.

We are careful that the work is carried out with high safety and quality. The position is located in our premises on Agnesfridsvägen in Malmö, but geographically we work in all VA SYD's member municipalities where you will spend most of your time out on various assignments. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who stands behind our core values of environment, quality, commitment, and responsiveness. If you have experience in the operation of water and sewage networks, that is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have a willingness and commitment to learn the job. The ability to collaborate with colleagues and a good sense of service is important, as you will have a lot of customer contact.

We see that you are good at communicating and collaborating with others, while being meticulous and representative and contributing positive energy.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in practical work
• Experience in customer interaction in the field
• Driver's license (automatic)
• A completed high school education
• Computer skills and experience working with digital reporting and documentation.
• Previous experience working with water and sewage installations is an advantage
