Great, then you are exactly who we are looking for! We currently have an open position for a customer service representative at Teknikdelar.se.

We are looking for someone who strives to deliver the best possible customer service with expertise and commitment to our customers. Service and customer focus are something you take for granted, and you see a challenge in solving problems. You will work with both existing and new customers. The work is carried out in an environment characterized by a service spirit and results focus.

To help our customers in the best way possible, you need to express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, have good computer skills, quickly adapt to new systems, be pedagogical, and be creative in finding solutions. Technical knowledge and interest are advantageous.

The role involves responding to customers via email, chat, and phone regarding questions about delivery status, purchases & returns, products in our range, etc. Return handling is also part of the job responsibilities, so basic knowledge and interest in technical gadgets and their functions are advantageous.
