We are now expanding our team and looking for a Sales Specialist for our offices in Helsingborg and Malmö.
About the role
Working as a Sales Specialist means you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in close collaboration with our specialists at Grant Thornton. In the sales process, you will be responsible for driving the sales process from the first contact to the proposal.
In collaboration with our specialists, you are a coaching force that supports your colleagues through every step of the sales process, and with your knowledge and support, you ensure that each customer interaction is a potential opportunity for our business.
Your enthusiasm and commitment are crucial when it comes to creating sales activity. By using your network and market expertise, you constantly identify new opportunities to connect with potential customers. You are skilled at translating trends, regulations, and current events into constructive sales opportunities.

Who are you?
Your personality will play a significant role in this recruitment. We are looking for someone who has a high drive, is positive, and unpretentious. You work independently under your own responsibility and share your experiences with the sales team and specialist colleagues. You easily create contact with new people and collaborate. You transform contact into a relationship that you then develop with the goal of creating new business.
You succeed in your role by focusing on Grant Thornton's success factors; creating good relationships, accountability, joy in everyday life, renewal, and improvement.
We prefer that you have experience from the industry or banking and finance, combined with several years of experience in B2B sales. A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar is an advantage but not a requirement. It is also beneficial if you have worked with service sales and have a broad network in Region South.
Furthermore, we value experience in working closely with colleagues and the ability to engage and involve your team. You are also expected to master both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
