The Transport Department in Helsingborg consists of about 60 employees and is located at ICA's warehouse unit ICA DE Helsingborg in Långeberga, just outside Helsingborg. The department is divided into Tactical Transport, Operational Transport, and Transport Administration. We are responsible for the supply of goods to a large part of ICA's stores in the country.

Job Responsibilities

As the customer service manager at Transport Helsingborg, you will work, together with others in the organization, on questions and related tasks:

• Administrative tasks.
• Daily contact with both stores, contractual partners, warehouse operations, and the customer support organization.

Are you a person who sees opportunities instead of obstacles? Do you have a strong ability to continuously prioritize tasks and are very service-oriented? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent communication skills and can express themselves pedagogically in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• An analytical mindset that helps solve problems effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and other Office packages.
• A university or college degree in logistics or equivalent experience-based knowledge.

Desirable experiences:

• Experience in service professions.
• Knowledge of delivery plans and infrastructure within ICA Sweden.
• Previous experience from the transport industry.

The position is a summer temporary position with working hours scheduled between 06:00 and 21:00 in two shifts and weekends.
