About the role

As a self-care advisor at the Entré pharmacy, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our customers receive the help they need.

Being a self-care advisor means that you will work with advisory sales of our over-the-counter products. You will start from each individual's unique needs to offer suitable products with your expertise. You act with care and commitment, truly putting the customer at the center.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Receive paying customers over the counter, pick up and manage new goods that come in
• Work with displays to ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and welcoming
• Actively work with campaigns and news in self-care

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is trained as a pharmacy technician/self-care advisor or is studying to become a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and the ability to work with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You are structured and consider that no important and decisive details are missed while being able to see the whole in different contexts

It is a big plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience working in retail as well as with customer interactions and inventory management.

If you are not trained as a pharmacy technician/self-care advisor, you will need to take our internal self-care training before your employment, which is scheduled for two Saturdays in April and May, 5 hours per session. The training is digital.

The position is a fixed-term employment during the holiday period.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
