Do you want to work as a remote salesperson in a growing company, where you have the opportunity to influence your own career?
We are now opening up the opportunity to work remotely with the most enjoyable thing you know - sales. Your task will be to work with proactive business-to-business sales (B2B sales) where you independently seek out companies that you then contact by phone with the aim of selling advertising spaces on ICA's checkout screens. You will manage your customer portfolio over time by continuously keeping in touch with existing customers and extending them.
Our offer
As a new employee, you will receive an introduction to modern business sales, our working methods, and the systems we use, although we believe that you will be relatively self-sufficient from the start. If you have the opportunity to be on-site for most of your onboarding, we see it as a great advantage, after which you will transition to working independently from home when you feel ready. We provide you with the necessary software, but you need to have your own office setup at home with a functioning computer and headset.
Who are we looking for?
We are constantly looking for social, driven, and goal-oriented colleagues who have ambitions to develop and grow. To thrive in this role, you need to be quick to learn, open to development, and love talking to people. If you largely tick the boxes below, you could be the one we are looking for!
- You have approximately 1-5 years of experience in proactive sales, preferably with a working method similar to ours.
- You are accustomed to working with a phone and computer as tools and have an office setup at home.
- You have experience working remotely, thus having the self-discipline to work structured on your own.
- You thrive in a performance-based environment with clear goals and therefore have an inner drive to succeed.
We would like you to have the opportunity to visit our headquarters in Eskilstuna or ButiksDisplays office in Västerås about once a quarter for team activities or workshops, therefore it is a requirement that you reside in Sweden.

Lifestyle Mediapartner offers exposure in its own niche, exclusive screen networks and is an advertising and contract partner for, among others, ICA Sweden. Since 2007, we have worked with value-creating B2B sales with several prestigious sales assignments and self-developed products. Our goal is to become the largest in the Nordic region in DOOH for niche target groups. We are three-time certified by Great Place To Work, which annually designates Sweden's best workplaces. We are located in central Eskilstuna, Norrköping, Västerås, and Helsinki, and now offer the opportunity to work remotely from home. In the group, we have nearly 70 employees.
Additional information
Title: Account Manager
Workplace: Remote, but residency in Sweden is required.
Salary: Variable commission, with a guaranteed monthly salary.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Fridays 07:30-16:30 (full-time).
Employment type: 6-month probationary period followed by permanent employment.
