About Grit Academy

We are currently in an expansion phase, and this is where you, as a telephone interviewer/market researcher, come into the picture. About the role

As a telephone interviewer/market researcher at Grit Academy, you will play a central role in the school's expansion plans. You will be part of a tight-knit team focused on business development, and together you will be responsible for creating new relationships, conducting interviews with stakeholders, mapping tomorrow's skills needs in the labor market, and establishing new collaborations.

Your primary tasks will consist of conducting interviews via phone and email, but some research work may also be involved. For the right candidate, there are significant opportunities for advancement, both in terms of scope and tasks.

Candidate profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, communicative, and relationship-building. You enjoy leaving a good impression on others and have the ability to plan your work independently. We prefer candidates with sales, market research, or interview experience, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities and communication skills.
