About the position

In your role as Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a holistic perspective for the store together with the rest of the operations team. You will constantly prioritize the store's sales and development. You are updated regarding seasons, activities, operations, certification, and store maintenance. You ensure that the store's departments are inviting and sales-oriented. You will work daily with ongoing inventory and shrinkage as well as the agreed level in the store. Your daily tasks will include product replenishment, campaigns, and shelf displays. Order placement and daily operations are an important part of the job. You work operationally and actively with the profitability of the department and ensure that the store's ends are well-stocked and inviting for the store's guests.

To fit into this position, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You work well both alone and in a team. You are a good leader, and together with your colleagues, you will work together to create upselling and inspire guests to purchase joy by creating a well-planned department.

Your qualities You are an organized, efficient, and positive leader. You are resilient to stress and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You prefer to work most of the time out on the shop floor. As a person, you are cheerful and positive and appreciate people. You are driven by assortment, sales, and staff development. The ability to analyze and work towards budget goals is an important part of the role. You are good at working effectively and personally, motivating and coaching your team. You are confident in yourself and are a good communicator. You are passionate about service and ready for new challenges. You ensure that the guest always leaves the store satisfied!

Qualifications

You have previous documented experience from ICA. You handle AOB, Min Butik, EasyDisplay. You see your future in retail. You have good physical condition and are driven by sales and customer satisfaction. You have previously worked as a Sales Leader and want to take the step to Operations Manager; you have completed BLU.

As an Operations Manager, you have a strong commitment to delivering high quality and excellent service. It is about putting the guest in focus and continuously working to improve the store's operations. You have an incredibly important role in creating a positive work environment and a successful and sales-oriented store. To achieve our goals, both experience and understanding of our processes and store goals are required.
