About Scanfill

Scanfill is an innovative Swedish company leading the development of sustainable packaging materials. We are now looking for a salesperson who wants to build long-term customer relationships, drive upselling, and develop towards a leading role in the company.

About the role

This is a role for you who see sales as more than just closing deals. You understand the value of building trust, creating long-term relationships, and making customers feel they are in safe hands.

You will have significant responsibility and freedom to drive your business, with a sales budget to guide you. Customers are primarily in Northern Europe, and you will travel regularly.

The role is mainly about the mix of finding new business opportunities combined with upselling and developing existing relationships. The goal is to strengthen Scanfill in the market and make the company the obvious choice for sustainable packaging materials.

In the long term, there is a natural development path – we hope you have the ambition and ability to grow into a leading sales role over time.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a business-driven salesperson with sharp commercial instincts and the ability to build trust. You have that sought-after ability to handle the mix of new customer acquisition while taking the time for the customers you already have, hunting and managing at its best. If you are the right candidate, we will definitely want to know more about whether talent or hard work lies behind your excellent sales results.

To thrive in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience in B2B sales.
• A commercial background where you have proven you can close deals.
• An interest in materials and sustainable solutions.
• The ability to create long-term relationships and drive sales in a strategic and operational way.
• Fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form.
• The ability to travel with overnight stays.
• Prefer to meet colleagues in the office on days you are not traveling.
• Clear leadership qualities with goals/experience of a larger role in the future.
