Take full responsibility for the recruitment journey – from the first client contact to follow-up and long-term relationships.
Drive requirement meetings and needs analyses to ensure we tailor strategic and accurate requirement profiles.
Plan and structure recruitment projects to create effective and smooth processes that deliver results.
Initiate search and headhunting to find the stars that our clients truly need.
Lead screenings and in-depth interviews to carefully assess candidates' skills and potential, and truly find the right match.
Be a strategic partner for our clients and support their planning around talent supply and team development.
Build and maintain a strong network, so you always have access to the best candidates and business opportunities.

Your Background

You have experience in e-commerce or digital competence, preferably from a role where you have worked on building and developing digital teams. Experience in recruitment is a strong plus, but the most important thing is your attitude and ability to build successful growth for our clients. We are looking for someone with a strong business understanding and a genuine passion for people. You are self-assured, trustworthy, and a strong communicator who enjoys making decisions. Through high drive, positive energy, and the ability to deliver results while having fun along the way, you create value for our clients.

Have experience in building and driving digital businesses and have a sharp understanding of how to create growth in the digital world
Understand the importance of keeping all threads moving to deliver complete and successful solutions
Have a natural ability to find smart solutions and always see new opportunities to create results
Are unpretentious, hands-on, and driven by delivering at a high level – from creating new customer relationships to strengthening existing partnerships
Understand that every step in the recruitment process is an opportunity to build long-term relationships and create a positive experience for everyone involved

Location & Start

The position is located in pleasant office premises at Lilla Torg in central Malmö, and the start date is according to agreement.
