WOODEN HOUSE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR A-HUS IN MALMÖ

Do you want to be the one who helps people in Malmö and the surrounding area build their dream home while contributing to a more sustainable future? A-hus, part of the Derome Group, is now looking for someone who is passionate about guiding future home buyers through the entire house journey – from idea to move-in!

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As a wooden house sales representative, you will become a reliable and knowledgeable partner for customers in Malmö and Skåne. You will assist them throughout the entire construction process, from the first meeting to move-in. With your local knowledge, you will guide them in choosing house models, materials, and navigating regulatory processes – making the complex simple!

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• You have a passion for houses and people.
• You are communicative and attentive.
• You have good knowledge of building technology, building legislation, and construction processes.
• You have experience in house sales, real estate brokerage, or project management.
• You have a strong network and local knowledge in Malmö and surrounding areas.
• You are goal-oriented, persistent, and have a natural drive.
