Cavagent, based in Viken outside Helsingborg, is a leading provider of the most industry-specific business system for machinery trading. Our system, Orfala, has been developed over 40 years and has survived everything that has happened in IT during that time – with bubbles, crashes, peaks, and valleys. We are skilled and stable, simply put. We are even market leaders in our niche! However, we are not stagnant or finished in any way – on the contrary.

Our business system is an essential part of enabling our customers to work simply and efficiently, thus becoming even better and more profitable. Our customers are located throughout the Nordic countries, in the sectors of agriculture, contracting, dismantling, forestry, and parks and land. At our office, nearly 10 employees ensure that Orfala is a safe choice for our customers – a user-friendly, flexible, and efficient system.

We are ambitious and professional in what we do and take on. You could say we are serious, but not in any way solemn.

About the role

In the role of customer support at Cavagent, you will handle daily inquiries from our customers via email and phone. Everyone is new to their job at first, so during the initial period, you will primarily route various questions to the right person in the team – but over time, you will take over more and more customer inquiries and follow the customer journey yourself. The goal is to assist customers when they have questions or concerns about our services, ranging from how to start an inventory to more technical issues where you will communicate with your colleagues in the development team.

Once you are comfortable in your role, there are good opportunities to develop the position to also include responsibilities for training, implementation/onboarding of customers, and handling financial processes. We want you to grow and develop in what energizes you – that’s how you become really good at your job!

About you

To feel good, thrive, and be successful in the role, your attitude is as important as your experience. As a person, you should be service-oriented and motivated by supporting and helping others. You are comfortable having many points of contact and communicating with different types of personalities. A requirement for the position is that you speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

You are curious, driven to find solutions to problems, and take great responsibility for your work. For us, it is important that you have grit – the ability to see things through to the end even when the path is sometimes winding and occasionally uphill.

Since we are a software company, we believe that you benefit from good computer skills and a technical interest. A plus is if you have been in contact with a company's financial processes and accounting.
