Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:55 (full-time)
Salary: Fixed hourly wage + commission

Job Responsibilities

As a telemarketer, your main responsibility will be to rebuild relationships with previous customers who have chosen to cancel their subscription for meal boxes from the company we represent.

Your tasks will include:

• Contacting former Danish customers

• Presenting current offers and rekindling their interest in meal boxes

• Conveying the company's high quality and service

• Actively listening to customer feedback to understand their needs and answer any questions

You will play a vital role in building trust and establishing long-term relationships between customers and the company we represent.
