The business area (BA) service trips is divided into two parts, medical trips and transport services, and currently operates in 26 municipalities. Every day, about 6,000 travelers use our 450 service vehicles. We help facilitate travel for people who would otherwise have difficulty getting to and from medical visits, work, and social activities.

Today, we are about 140 employees in BA service trips who handle the administration of transport services, medical trips, booking/planning of service trips at the booking center, customer-facing services, and business. Within the business area, there is the operations pool, a resource unit that provides employees to cover vacancies within the booking reception, traffic management, and customer service. We operate around the clock, every day of the year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a booking receiver, you have a central role within BA service trips together with colleagues, operational booking receivers, and unit managers. Your tasks include receiving orders via email and phone and booking service trips in our booking system. This includes medical trips, transport service trips, local traffic, and demand-responsive line traffic. Furthermore, you will maintain and develop Service Trips' relationships with our customers and partners. In your role, you work closely with the customer and have the opportunity to create a unique relationship in that contact.

Based on your previous experience, you may also work with mentoring new colleagues. Additionally, you will participate in and contribute to the unit's improvement work, and depending on your interest and competence, you will participate in statistical analyses.

Here, you work activity-based and choose your workstation based on your needs at the moment. You have the opportunity to distribute your workweek between remote work and on-site work. Our headquarters is located next to the central station. You can easily travel here by train or bus from all over Skåne.

We operate around the clock, every day of the year. In this recruitment, we are looking for you who want to work mornings, days, and evenings. The working hours are varied and are scheduled between 06:30 and 22:30. The position also involves weekend work, approximately every fourth weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a completed and approved upper secondary education as well as good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You have previous experience of working in a customer-facing profession such as booking host, customer service representative, or call center. Since our operations are digital and involve working in various types of operational systems, it is a prerequisite that you have good computer skills, and it is advantageous if you have experience handling digital operational systems. If you have training in telephone communication focusing on customer interaction and conversation techniques, it is beneficial for the position. Additionally, we would like you to have experience working in healthcare, where we meet a large part of the service trips' customer group. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in mentoring as this may become part of your tasks. Likewise, if you have knowledge and interest in statistics and how this can be used for improvement work.
