About the role

As an IT technician in our Sundsvall team, you will be a key person both in our team and for our customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently but also appreciates having a group of knowledgeable and helpful colleagues to bounce ideas off.

Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues on-site and via the service desk

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network and server solutions

• Working with Microsoft 365 and other cloud services

• Providing technical advice and guiding customers on the best IT solutions

• Contributing to proactive improvements and ensuring high IT security

About you

We are looking for someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and enjoys having customer contact. To fit in with us, we believe you have experience in IT support and network administration, and that you are a good communicator who can explain technical solutions in a simple way.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience as an IT technician

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license B
