Härjedalen Ekonomi is now looking for an additional experienced accountant. We have offices in Hackås and Vemdalen. Our clients, both large and small, are spread across large parts of Sweden and belong to various industries.

Härjedalen Ekonomi is a smaller accounting firm that operates entirely digitally and constantly follows the current developments in the digital world. We continuously strive to facilitate our clients' work with their finances, thereby creating a good customer experience. We handle everything from bookkeeping, payroll, VAT reporting to year-end closing and annual reports. We provide advice, information about the financial situation, and come up with improvement suggestions.

We are now looking for another employee who wants to work with us at a smaller accounting firm that has a personal and close collaboration with our clients.

We are looking for you who has previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting, and who preferably is a trained accountant with good knowledge of business operations.

Ongoing bookkeeping and year-end closing are fundamental to our work, and we expect you to be able to carry this out independently. You feel comfortable working broadly with accounting throughout the entire process from start to finish. From ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, etc., to year-end closing, annual reports, and tax returns.

High digital competence is a requirement, and experience with Fortnox and Excel is important for the execution of daily tasks. You should have an interest in systems and contribute your own thoughts and ideas aimed at improving and streamlining work methods, both for us and for our clients.

We consider it meritorious if you also have previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting for community associations and housing cooperatives.

As a person, you need to have good collaboration skills, be open to change, and be good at seeing the big picture in different situations.

You have a strong personal drive, are self-sufficient, and possess both business-oriented and solution-oriented qualities. Providing good customer service is a given for you. To thrive here, we see you as an open, positive person who sees opportunities.

A probationary period of 6 months will apply, during which the introduction will take place at our office in Hackås four days a week and on Mondays at our office in Vemdalen. After the introduction period, the possibility of remote work will be available by agreement.

Work samples will be conducted before employment.

The position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate, and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
