Härjedalen Municipality is looking for a driven HR Strategist for a temporary position
We offer you an independent and developing role alongside colleagues who work every day for the best of the municipal group. The municipal group consists of Härjedalen Municipality's own operations, Vatten och Miljöresurs mitt AB, and Härjedalen Airport AB. We also provide HR support for the Municipal Association of Jämtland Härjedalen. The temporary position lasts until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Your main task with us will be to support managers within the municipality's various operations. You will work with a variety of issues where managers need support and advice. No day is the same!
What else? You will collaborate and negotiate with trade unions, provide qualified support in various HR processes, and develop the employer in relevant HR areas. Your work will also include developing guiding documents and conducting workshops and training in various HR areas. Additionally, you will perform follow-ups and evaluations that lead to the development of the group's various operations and ultimately strengthen our employer brand.
Who are you?
You are an independent colleague who is confident in taking on an exciting role as an HR Strategist. Of course, you also need to have relevant education, in this case, as a human resources specialist or another education deemed suitable by the employer. We also see that you have experience working in a similar role where you have dealt with both operational and strategic work with labor law issues and negotiations.
We would also prefer that you have experience in business development and/or project management.
Since the role involves a wide range of contacts where you will meet managers, employees, and union representatives, you need to have a professional demeanor and be open to seeking new contacts.
