JOB DESCRIPTION

The department is in need of a business developer with a focus on sustainable scheduling, skills development, and improved working conditions. The care and social department is facing recruitment challenges, and the role of the business developer is to support the department's managers in development and improvement work in these areas to better adapt the operations and meet future challenges.

The work as a business developer will take place at the department's three locations; Bräcke, Gällö, and Kälarne. The place of employment can be discussed. Travel between locations can be done using the municipality's cars.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a relevant university degree, other equivalent post-secondary education, or experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in project management and/or with development or improvement work in healthcare.

We are looking for someone with experience in scheduling, care, and social services, and who has previously worked in a politically governed organization. We see that you have leadership qualities and can easily inspire and create engagement. You enjoy working independently but also collaborate well with our unit managers, employees, and union representatives. It is important that you are pedagogical, have a goal-oriented approach, and can adapt your message and communication style to different target groups' needs. We also see that you have good computer skills with solid knowledge of the Office suite.

Experience with the systems TimeCare and LifeCare is an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

A driver's license is required.
