In the role of customer service representative, you will be based at our beautiful office in Frösön. You will belong to a fast-paced team led by an engaged and experienced leader. The position begins with an introduction where you will receive an overview of the customer and our internal systems before working independently with incoming calls. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The start date for the positions is in May.

Your tasks: You will handle incoming calls and answer questions from individuals regarding electricity contracts, invoice inquiries, and more. You will work towards set goals and be continuously followed up by your leader to ensure you develop in the position. In the incoming calls you handle, you are expected to work with sales and provide excellent customer service.

• Are punctual and responsible with the ability to organize and prioritize your work effectively.

• Have experience in customer service and sales
• Are fluent in Swedish both spoken and written and have good knowledge of English
