About the position

• Working hours 07:00 to 17:00 weekdays
• Workplace: Östersund
• Training for 2 weeks

Your responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. In this role, these inquiries will specifically relate to vehicles and workshops across Sweden. You will have a dedicated team leader on-site who coaches their employees daily alongside a Senior Agent.

Requirements for the position:

• High school education
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
