Your mission – create world-class service! Your responsibilities include:
- Striving for continuous improvement and development by actively identifying areas that can affect the customer experience – you are making a difference every day!
- Taking ownership and responsibility for all cases in our various channels. You ensure that every customer receives the attention and service they deserve.
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries professionally and efficiently at the first contact. If something is difficult to resolve immediately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the customer feels secure and can expect guidance until the issue is resolved.
- Working with a varied customer flow from subscription inquiries to booking eye examinations via phone and email. You will have the opportunity to grow in your role by mastering all the systems that make the work both efficient and exciting.
- Becoming an important link between the customer and Synsam, where you play a key role in creating a positive and long-term relationship by always putting the customer first.
- Taking responsibility for being communicative and quality-conscious while managing work in a fast-paced environment and working towards set goals.
Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for a driven and engaged person who is passionate about creating successful customer relationships. We believe that you:
- Have several years of work experience, preferably in customer service.
- Know how to build trust with words. Speak fluent Swedish and feel confident understanding Norwegian, both spoken and written.
- Are results-oriented and love setting goals – and exceeding them!
- Feel comfortable working in many different systems simultaneously and find technology enjoyable.
- Are a person with a positive attitude and the ability to see solutions where others see obstacles.
- If you have supported inquiries regarding subscriptions and invoices, this is an extra merit.
- Have at least a high school diploma, preferably with an economics focus (not a requirement).

You are curious and want to learn more and feel responsible for resolving the customer's issue. To thrive in the role, we see that you both give and receive energy in interaction with others, and you are a pronounced team player. You have a confidence mixed with humility and flexibility that allows you to make decisions that are good for all parties involved. Furthermore, you have the ability to think outside the box and an inherent detective who loves to sort out inquiries and invoices. Not least, you are communicative and quality-conscious and used to working in a fast-paced environment with set goals.

This may mean that you also help our customers in the other Nordic countries where we operate – we are one company!
More about the position The position is full-time, Monday to Friday between 08:15 and 18:00, and you work 08:15-17:00 or 09:15-18:00 in a rotating schedule. The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The start date and group training will take place in the spring. We have a collective agreement and offer a fixed salary as well as wellness benefits and great employee discounts.
