About the Company

JemtBil is an expanding company in Östersund with 35 employees. We sell passenger and transport vehicles as well as spare parts and workshop services. We are dealers for Kia, Subaru, and Mercedes-Benz.

At JemtBil, we are strengthening our Customer Reception team and are now looking for a Service Advisor! At JemtBil, you work with some of the strongest brands in the market and are part of our ambitious growth. Job Responsibilities

The customer service team currently consists of six employees. In your role as a Service Advisor, you report to the workshop manager and are one of those who greet customers and make bookings for all of JemtBil's customers. Bookings are made via email, mobile, or in-person meetings. You listen to the customer's wishes regarding work and service parts and ensure that the jobs are booked with the right technician with the appropriate time allocation. You are also responsible for invoicing completed jobs. You write quotes for JemtBil's customers and for sales in cases such as trade-ins, create service agreements, and book and rent out rental cars. You will continuously undergo the training relevant to JemtBil's car brands.

Some days you will open the Customer Reception, other days you will close it. Working hours: Weekdays between 06:40-15:40 or 08:00-17:00.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and a few years of work experience, preferably in some form of customer service role, where you have taken care of customers and met their wishes. You have good administrative skills and have worked in several different digital business systems.

Your service level is high, you are structured, enjoy order and organization, and appreciate listening to and helping customers with their requests. Since we work as a team, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are communicative, and are used to solving any problems that may arise.

The employment rate is full-time, and the position includes a six-month probationary period.
