Your new job

The role of Project Manager at Bravida is a key position where you are responsible for your projects from calculation to final delivery. Your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Leading the various phases of projects and being responsible for calculations, results, and execution of the projects.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships through value-adding upselling.
• Working with procurement/purchasing, resource planning, and quality and work environment efforts.
• Leading and engaging employees and working to create a positive team.
• Regularly reporting progress and financial status of projects compared to plan.
• Providing feedback on the experiences gained from completed projects to other project participants and colleagues.
• Being involved in Bravida's improvement efforts and constantly challenging our processes to find a competitive workflow.

As a project manager, you will have great freedom under responsibility, and the projects you will work on vary in size and content. We believe in your ability to exceed customer expectations through your knowledge, drive, interest, and ability to create a high-performing team together with your colleagues. We can take on exciting and technically demanding assignments that few other companies can handle, as we have all property technical disciplines within Bravida.

Your background

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have several years of experience as a project manager in ventilation with a proven track record of successfully managing both smaller and larger projects, and you should preferably have worked multidisciplinary before. We are looking for someone who is driven, responsible, has good and sound leadership, and is structured as well as solution-oriented. You are confident in your role and enjoy creating and maintaining customer relationships. You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and hold a valid B driver's license.
