About the job

You will become part of the Technical Services department (STT) with approximately 500 employees. You will be part of a team within server, virtualization, and storage responsible for our IaaS platform.

As a technician, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually build your expertise in virtualization. You will work with operations, management, and further development of our virtualization platform in a complex IT environment. You will collaborate with other technical areas such as networking, storage, and platform, and together you will contribute to improvements and automation of processes. Additionally, you will be involved in developing our private cloud platform.

About you

In this job, you should:

• express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

You should also have:

• a few years of current and relevant work experience in virtualization
• work experience in networking (routing and switching)
• relevant experience with container technology

Experience with VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation) and Infrastructure as Code is desirable. Experience with automation is also desirable.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probation period.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment is made. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
