- App Developer for iOS Group at the Swedish Police Authority in Norrköping
Within the Swedish Police Authority's IT department, we develop systems that are crucial for Sweden's border control and provide the police with better conditions to prevent and combat crime.
We are now looking for an App Developer to join the Crime Prevention Operations Systems - Border Control section in Norrköping. In this role, you will help build national solutions connected to EU-wide systems and international collaborations. You will contribute directly to securing Sweden's internal and external borders.
The section is responsible for technically complex flows and systems, where security, privacy, and usability are the focus of all our solutions. You will work in an agile environment characterized by new development and a focus on cutting-edge technology.

Job Description
As an App Developer with us, you drive technical development from idea to finished product. Your primary task is to translate operational needs into robust and user-friendly mobile solutions for iOS. You will actively influence the choice of technologies and architecture, as well as drive the team's agile development and improvement work. Our products are used both by border police at the external borders and by regular police officers within the country. To create smart solutions, it is important that we understand the operations, which we learn about, among other things, through operational visits.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant post-secondary education in IT, preferably with a degree, or equivalent acquired experience that the Swedish Police Authority assesses as equivalent and relevant for the position
- Several years of current and relevant work experience in app development for iOS with SwiftUI
- Experience writing UI/unit tests
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
The position requires Swedish citizenship.
It is meritorious if you have experience with:
- UI/UX design specifically for iOS
- Agile working methods in cross-functional teams
- Automated tests for iOS apps
