Your tasks

As a master within IT, you work with first-line support at one of Centric's cool customers in Stockholm. Your tasks will naturally vary depending on which customer you end up with, but you can rest assured – we guarantee you a developing and fun assignment! As an IT consultant at Centric, we believe that you always do your very best for the customer and are a team player who likes to collaborate. Regardless of what your colleagues at Centric are busy with, we all have one thing in common – we care about each other!

Since your days will most likely involve a lot of social contact, it is important that you feel comfortable with it. After all, you will be the first point of contact when employees call in and want help with IT-related problems.

Your profile

We would like you, the applicant, to have a genuine interest in IT and technology. If you have completed a secondary IT education, that is a plus. As an IT consultant, we would like you to be service-minded, humble, and a whiz at solving a lot of problems within IT.

Requirements

• At least six months of work experience in the service desk field
• Experience working in a Windows environment
• Experience working with Active Directory
• Experience in troubleshooting and installation of applications
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both in speech and writing!
