We are now looking for you who want to become an HR Operations Specialist in our People team.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth, user-friendly, and high-quality HR delivery throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring and changes to offboarding. You are the main contact person between Telenor Sweden's HR Operations and global HR shared service support, working closely with various functions to create efficient processes and a great experience for both managers and employees.

You play a central role in operational delivery and are responsible for handling HR questions and cases from leaders and employees in an efficient manner. You provide specialist support in HR matters and ensure that critical issues are escalated and driven to resolution. You monitor the status of our HR services and case flows to identify priorities, reduce friction, and create a more seamless experience for managers and employees.

You also work on identifying recurring problems, improving processes, and developing our ways of working together with involved functions in HR and payroll processes, as well as in relation to our IT integrations.

You will also be responsible for and coordinate areas such as employee surveys, HR-related reporting, privacy issues, and selected administrative processes within HR Operations. In this way, you contribute to efficient HR delivery and strengthen the quality of our HR processes.

We need you who are on your toes! You have strong personal drive, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in a role where you can combine problem-solving, collaboration, and development work. You are curious about how processes and systems can be improved and have the ability to create structure even when many questions are ongoing in parallel. We would like you to have:

• At least 4-5 years of experience working in HR Operations, HR Support, HR Administration, or a similar field
• Experience with HR systems such as Oracle, Workday, or equivalent
• Experience working with HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Experience coordinating complex cases and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in process development and continuous improvement work within HR
• Experience with HR-related reporting, data quality, or compliance issues
• Knowledge of GDPR, privacy, or HR system integrations
