About the role

Do you want to work in a varied role where customer service, problem-solving, and collaboration are in focus? As an Administrator in Order Flow & After Sales, you will become an important part of the customer journey and contribute to ensuring our customers have a smooth experience – even after their purchase.

You will have daily contact with customers, suppliers, and transport companies, and be responsible for finding solutions when things do not go according to plan. This may involve complaints, delivery issues, spare parts, or other after-sales matters. No two days are alike, and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide assortment and many different types of cases.

You will become part of an engaged team where we help each other, share knowledge, and work together to provide the best service in the industry.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who enjoy helping people and are motivated by finding solutions. You are service-oriented, responsible, and have a knack for creating a good atmosphere, both with customers and colleagues.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• have a strong customer focus and enjoy providing professional service
• are solution-oriented and see opportunities instead of obstacles
• work in a structured manner and can handle multiple cases simultaneously
• are self-sufficient but thrive just as well in team collaboration
• are flexible, positive, and contribute to a good work environment
• have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as in spoken English.

You must be at least 18 years old. As part of the recruitment process, we will request a certificate of good conduct.
