With us, the reception is much more than a place where patients check in. It is the hub of the operation. This is where patient visits begin and end, and this is where the person who makes the whole day flow smoothly works – for both patients and colleagues.

We are now looking for a new receptionist, with a start date of November 1st at the earliest, as our current colleague has chosen to move on to new challenges.

A day at work with us

The workday begins at 07:45 when you open the reception and welcome the first patients of the day. The days then vary between patient reception, phone calls, bookings, payments, and administrative tasks. You ensure that the reception is a welcoming and well-functioning place, and you also help with basic cleaning if needed.

You work closely with our six physiotherapists and are an important part of the operation. This role suits you if you enjoy meeting people and like making daily life run smoothly for both patients and colleagues.

You like people and have a natural sense for service. You greet everyone with a warm and professional attitude – whether it is a patient who is happy, stressed, or anxious.

• express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• are positive, curious, and service-oriented
• can handle situations where several things happen at once
• are structured and responsible
• are good at creating a sense of security and trust

Previous experience in reception, preferably within healthcare, is an advantage.

But the most important thing is not where you have worked – but who you are as a person. Therefore, we will place great emphasis on your personal suitability.

About Ängelholm Physiotherapy

We are a private physiotherapy clinic located in Catena Arena in Ängelholm, where we have modern and pleasant premises.
