We are now looking for assistant nurses for Mogården in Hova

Now, as an assistant nurse, you have the chance to apply to Mogården in Hova as our fantastic team needs to be expanded with you, who has a big heart, commitment, and drive.

The position involves night shifts in special housing.

Job Responsibilities

Assistant nurses at night with primary placement at Mogården in Hova. If needs arise, you should be flexible and able to perform tasks outside your regular workplace.

The job responsibilities include meeting the individual's needs for care and service at night in their home, performing medical interventions on delegation from a registered nurse. As an employee, you collaborate with residents, staff, registered nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, and unit managers. We work with contact person assignments, and as an assistant nurse, you have extra responsibility for a number of residents at Mogården. You contribute to theme meetings and create implementation plans regarding the night. Document according to routine.

Qualifications

We are looking for a trained assistant nurse who can provide professional proof with an interest in working with development and change. Requirements include good teamwork skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently. You need to be compliant with our routines and ways of working.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as good computer skills, are required. It is important that you have a positive view of people, a strong commitment, a sense of responsibility, and focus on the individual needs of the elderly. We are looking for you who believe in the equal value and rights of all people.

Merits:

• Experience with the tool Life Care for documentation.
• Knowledge in creating interaction plans and evaluating in BPSD.
• Good skills in interacting with people with dementia.
• Further education as a specialist assistant nurse is highly valued.

Employment Conditions

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Permanent employment.
• Duration: Permanent, start: ASAP or as agreed.
• Working hours: Schedule. Night shifts on a rolling 10-week schedule, working 4 weekends out of 10.

Secure Employment
