The position involves working days, evenings, and weekends at Mogården's special housing. Here, we work as a team, and helping each other to meet our residents' needs is second nature.

Job Responsibilities

Assistant nurses at Mogården are primarily based at Mogården in Hova. If needs arise, you should be flexible and able to perform tasks outside your regular workplace.

The job responsibilities include meeting the individual's needs for care and service in their home, and performing medical interventions on delegation from a nurse. As an employee, you collaborate with residents, staff, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, and unit managers. We work with contact person assignments, and as an assistant nurse, you have additional responsibility for a number of residents at Mogården. You participate in theme meetings and create implementation plans.

Qualifications

We are looking for a trained assistant nurse who can provide proof of professional qualification and has an interest in working with development and change. Requirements include good teamwork skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as good computer skills, are required. It is important that you have a positive view of people, great commitment, a sense of responsibility, and focus on the individual needs of the elderly. We are looking for someone who believes in the equal value and rights of all people.

Merits:

• Experience with the Life Care tool for documentation.
• Knowledge in creating interaction plans and evaluating BPSD.
• Good skills in interacting with people with dementia.
• Further education as a specialist assistant nurse is highly valued.

• Salary: Monthly salary.

• Working hours: Schedule. 10-week schedule, working 4 weekends out of 10.

To ensure a safe and secure operation, the candidate offered the position will need to present a current extract from the criminal record register before employment can take place. You order the extract yourself from the Police Authority and present it in connection with the employment process.
